Work Table Focus: Quantitative Methods

TCR is pleased to offer the following Work Table sessions to provide participants consultation, peer review, and a space to process and metabolize their projects in development. This is a space for early career researchers to seek feedback and input regarding their research projects (e.g., design, questions, conceptualization, challenges), agenda, concerns, specific writing challenges, and so forth.

Research mentors for the above session:

Kok-Mun Ng, PhD, LPC, LCMHC, NCC, ACS
John Harrichand, PhD, LMHC, LPC, NCC, CCMHC, ACS

Guidelines for the Work Table events

  • No-fee, one-time mentoring/consultation offered by experienced researchers/writers.

  • Duration: 1.5 – 2.0 hours.

  • Work Table research mentors follow the latest ACA Code of Ethics. They will not claim authorship for projects and ideas participants bring to the Work Table session.

  • Work Table research consultants will not provide consultation on dissertation projects.

  • Work Table participants come to the session with specific research methodology/writing questions, not expecting their questions to be fully answered. Work Table is a space for processing and diving deeper to clarify and metabolize their research. Participants will be asked to indicate specific questions or needs they will bring to the session when they register for the session.

  • Each session will be limited to 5 participants to allow time for deeper and meaningful interactions.

  • Pre-registration for the session is required. TCR will send registered individuals a Zoom invite at least 24 hours before the event.
