介绍当事人正式反馈的概念、临床疗效、相关测评工具以及基本操作方式,学会如何利用标准化的效果问卷来收集当事人的反馈、提供个体化的心理咨询服务。同时分享基于中国文化层面的一个临床研究与实践思考,帮助咨询师更好的利用当事人的反馈来提高咨询效果。

This webinar introduces formal client feedback, its clinical efficacy, related assessment measures, and clinical applications. It also teaches how to use standardized measures to collect client feedback and provide tailored service. Additionally, we will share clinical research and practice reflections based on Chinese culture, which will help counselors to improve clinical effectiveness.

佘壮,南京大学心理系助理教授、特聘研究员。专注于循证治疗实践和咨询过程与效果的研究,其目前是PCOMS官方认定的中国唯一培训师。

She Zhuang is an Assistant Professor and Distinguished Researcher in the Department of Psychology at Nanjing University. He specializes in evidence-based practice and research on counseling process and effectiveness, and is presently the sole trainer in China officially recognized by PCOMS.
